All water ripples outward in concentric circles of gratitude. Where is the beginning?

The Family Pond  was originally a sandbox. But as the children outgrew the pleasures of excavation, tunneling and castle-building, the site was abandoned...then reborn, as a meditation koi pond that the family built. It is an apt addition, emblematic of the mindfulness, spirituality and suffusing sense of sacred space the family shares.
